By signing up and actively using the cashmonkiesJr program you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. cashmonkiesJr may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its members. Members will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an email to their primary contact email address provided upon signing up with cashmonkiesJr. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement or to file an appeal. Your continued participation in the cashmonkiesJr program following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change.

You and cashmonkiesJr are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and cashmonkiesJr. You must be 18 years old to play. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of cashmonkiesJr. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the cashmonkiesJr program. For privacy and for protection of our marketing strategies no part of the site, emails, newsletters, updates, templates and promotions may be reproduced in any way without prior consent. This includes but it not limited to use of our images, ideas, text, terms or any other information we consider as copyrighted material. Publishing/posting/quoting part or all of such content online or offline by any means or method is prohibited.

cashmonkiesJr will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or cashmonkiesJr program, even if cashmonkiesJr has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, cashmonkiesJr aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.

You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your membership with cashmonkiesJr and may result in legal prosecution. cashmonkiesJr strictly enforces anti-spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident. cashmonkies may charge up to $5 per Spam email sent. Multiple signups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud. cashmonkies will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple signups.

Members must provide valid information at all times during their membership

Any user found to have alot of reversals or found to be duplicating credit card offers will have there account disabled and all earnings forfeited.

Users may not create more than one account per person - You may no open more than one account per household/ip without written permission. Before permission will be given you will have to provide proper identification.

Any users found to be sharing address, payment option, or ip or any other information will be put on hold for an undeterminded amount of time.

Logging into someone else's account or using someone else's computer can be reason for your account to be put on hold.

At any time CashMonkies can ask for identification for proof of person before submitting payment. If you do not provide indentification your account will be put on hold for an undetermined amount of time.

All accounts must have a valid telephone number listed on their account.

To get Varified, you must send me a copyof your picture id. The ID must match your name and address. If address is not current, then please send a bill in your name with the correct address along with you ID.

If your account is not verified at the time payments are processed then your request for payment will be denied. If you request and have your account denied 3 times for not being verified your account will be put on hold until reach admin.

Any users found to be flaming or otherwise making deragotory remarks regading CashMonkiesJr  can be put on hold for an undetermined amount of time.

Payments will be a net 30-45. I usually pay faster then net 30, but occasionally it may run closer to net 45. So if you request payment at the end of October you will be paid around the End of December, begining of January.
